DRY HEAT STERILIZER - DE LAMA - DLST/L

Dry heat sterilizer intended for sterilization processes and controlled thermal treatment. The machine has undergone complete refurbishment in 2024, with structured interventions for plant and automation upgrades. Upgrade executed with the installation of renewed plant, new industrial PC with 4.0 integration, and new certified electrical panel.

The dry heat sterilizers of the DLST/L series (Class 100 – ISO 5) are designed in accordance with cGMP requirements to meet the multiple needs of the Pharmaceutical Industry and for the execution of the following treatments:

The dry heat sterilization is an ecologically non-polluting process, which does not generate waste problems or inconveniences for the environment or personnel. At the same time, the process meets the most stringent requirements for reducing bacterial load.

Possibility of realization in a version suitable for continuous operation up to 300°C with the use of HEPA filters equipped with special sealant.
