FEATURES: The flexibility of the sterilizers of the FOF series, upon selection of the appropriate plant options, makes them suitable for various treatments including the following:

• sterilization of solid materials (also porous)
• sterilization of filled vials with rapid vacuum for leak testing
• sterilization of filled vials or bottles with cooling by means of D.I. water spray under sterile air back pressure.
• sterilization as above with cooling by means of: thermally sterilized and cooled D.I. water spray, circulation of cold network water in the interspace with possible agitation of the air introduced into the chamber
• tindalizations, pasteurizations, inactivations
• leak testing of vials with penetration of colored solutions
• leak testing of vacuum/pressure chamber
• programmed trends of heating/cooling.

Double door autoclave, rectangular chamber. Air filtration and sterilization system for the chamber. Hydraulic system entirely made of stainless steel, equipped with sanitary quick connections with automatic orbital welds and sanitary valves made by FEDEGARI.
