MACHINE TYPE:

Tunnel for the sterilization, drying, and cooling of previously cleaned pharmaceutical containers such as vials, ampoules, small bottles, etc. Bosch TLQ tunnels operate with unidirectional flow, process temperature progression curves, and are characterized by significantly reduced sterilization times. They ensure the precision necessary for positive validation, suitability, and reliable production capacity.

APPLICATION SECTOR:

Depyrogenation tunnels are applied in the pharmaceutical sector in filling lines to sterilize glass containers before they are aseptically filled.

FEATURES:

In addition to the advantage of a continuous process, sterilization tunnels ensure the protection of containers against contamination. This tunnel uses forced hot air at temperatures up to 600 F (350 C °). The machine utilizes laminar airflow for temperature stability and uniform heat distribution. The tunnel is divided into 3 zones: feeding, drying, sterilization, and cooling. The latter incorporates the vial discharge and the conveyor belt motor unit that connects the different zones of the tunnel. The machine is entirely constructed of stainless steel. The tunnel operates with low noise levels and is characterized by easy access to its interior for cleaning and maintenance. The electrical panel is not present.
