TYPE OF MACHINE: The Automatic Blister Packaging Machine Partena CAM model M90 is a machine specifically designed to address the packaging issues of pharmaceutical products such as: ampoules, bottles, vials, capsules, tablets, and similar.

FEATURES: The machine is pneumatically operated, the packaging cycle is carried out at the following workstations: preheating station, forming station, product loading platform, cutting station, coating station. All stations are easily accessible and all movements are completely visible so that the line is very easy to clean. The machine is equipped with all safety devices to protect the operator during work phases. The blister machine is equipped with a stainless steel elevator that allows the transport of material from the hopper through the unscrembler feeder to the exit mouth. The load is lifted, grouped, and finally fed. The Blister M90 can work with both ALU/ALU formats and PVC/ALU formats. Current format: 6 oval tablets per blister in ALU/ALU of 400mg, tablet dimensions: 31 x 22 mm. Mechanical speed from 30 to 60 cycles per min.
