MACHINE TYPE

Pure steam generators are designed and manufactured to solve any sterilization and sanitization requirement for equipment and process lines. The quality of the generated steam remains constant in terms of pyrogen content, superheat value and dryness fraction, regardless of operating pressure and production capacity.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The pure steam generation system is supplied with purified water at a flow rate of 450 l/h and a temperature of 15 °C. The water is stored in a break tank and pressurized by a centrifugal pump before being sent to the evaporation chamber. The storage tank is equipped with digital level sensors. The system is managed through its own local power and control panel installed on site. A pressure gauge, conductivity meter and automatic valve are installed on the heat exchanger feed line. The pump is controlled by an inverter. The heat exchanger acts as an evaporator for the purified feed water. The water is heated by incoming industrial steam. Inside the evaporator, the purified water is converted into steam and discharged through the nozzle located on the top of the heat exchanger.
