Semi-Automatic Bottle and Jar Washers - n/a - SC10-SC20

Semi-automatic rotary washers series 'SC' for internal washing of new bottles, jars, and flacons, before filling.

The washer consists of a rotating table with intermittent movement at 10 or 20 positions, allowing to avoid:

• risks of biological contamination of bottles and jars, due to the presence of dust, leaves, small insects
• risks of serious accidents caused by possible glass fragments inside the containers

A single operator easily manages the machine, thanks to the possibility of inserting and removing bottles from the front position.

The spray of rinse water or sanitizing solution occurs only in the presence of the bottle, thanks to a contact micro-switch.

The washer in the standard version uses mains water to waste; for the use of a recirculating solution, a kit with recovery tank, pump, and connecting pipes is available.

The machine is complete with a filter for the rinse solution with a micro-filtration cartridge of 0.45 microns.

The production speed (from 700 pieces/hour up to 1500) allows its use in combination with semi-automatic and automatic food bottling and packaging lines of low-medium production.

Stainless steel base mounted ON CASTORS.

Note: the washers are not suitable for washing used bottles and jars.
