Automatic volumetric linear dosing machines, suitable for liquid or dense products as long as they are pumpable.

Machines intended for packaging food products in jars and bottles, for example for dosing sauces, dressings, mayonnaise, fruit juices, syrups, tomato purée.

The dosing groups can be sanitized with steam or with CIP washing, allowing the machine to be used in the dairy sector, for dosing yogurt, kefir, milk.

Dosing Pumps: rotary pumps in stainless steel AISI 304

Motor: electric motor controlled by inverter

Dosing Adjustment: from 20 cc

Drop Saver Nozzle: with two-way valve synchronized to the dosing, pneumatically controlled

Container Handling: on chain with stainless steel or acetal slats, synchronized with the phases of container introduction and filling

Unstable Containers: uses a screw conveyor for transferring bottles under the dosing nozzles

Container Stop System: with pneumatically controlled gates for using containers of different sizes without format change equipment

Dosing Nozzles: can be equipped with 'submersible nozzles' for very dense products or those that form persistent foam that do not allow filling from above

Automatic Washing: the machine is supplied with 'false bottles' for automatic washing with channeling and recirculation of the washing solution

Base Model: equipped with 3 dosing heads, but versions with 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 dosing heads can be made, based on product types and required production speed

Integration: machine ready to be integrated into the line, does not require format changes in the standard version
