The monobloc model RTW600D is intended for filling jars with dense products and capping with Twist-Off caps. This machine allows for a production of about 600 jars/hour, with minimal handling of the jar by the operator, who only needs to load the empty jars onto the machine's input plate. The filling, cap distribution, and screwing operations are automatic.

Pneumatic Group: for intercepting containers and their separation

Volumetric Doser: suitable for dense liquids (honey, fruit juices, jams, mayonnaise, sauces, pastes, pâté, sauces, pesto, melted cheeses, creams, etc.), with a piston made entirely of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL with PTFE seals, suitable for food, sanitizable at high temperature, adjustable from 40 to 1000 cc with micrometric screw, three-way valve with double cushion pneumatically controlled, drip-saving nozzle with two-way valve synchronized with the dosing.

Adjustable Descent Channel: with capsule presence photocell

Double Jar Stop: for distribution and screwing of Twist-Off caps

Pneumatic Screwdriver: with low rotation speed and adjustable torque, compressed air piston for downward movement of the head. Adaptable for different cap sizes
