• the removal of the crown cap
• the aspiration of part of the wine in the bottle and the dosing of the 'liqueur'
• the leveling of the wine in the bottle, with filling at 'light pressure' of inert gas

The corker, made of stainless steel, is suitable for the application of mushroom corks (upon request, it is possible to apply flat corks with the same turret).

The closing system of the corking part has four tempered stainless steel pins ground with hundredths tolerances and is easily dismountable for cleaning or sterilization operations. The turret is suitable for handling corks with a max diameter of 30 mm and a height of 52 mm.

The corking cycle is activated via a two-hand command and stops automatically at the end of the corking operation. The distribution of the corks occurs automatically, with loading via a revolver magazine with a capacity of about 160 corks.

The cage applicator is suitable for the distribution and closure of classic 4-wire cages, with combined mechanical/pneumatic operation.

The loading of the cages occurs from the single-wire distributor, on which a stick of about 250 cages rests.

The bottle is positioned on a special support surface, the working cycle is activated via a two-hand command.

At the end of the cycle, the machine stops automatically and no part remains in motion.
