TWIST-OFF FILLING-CAPPING MONOBLOC

• Dosage Station: with 2 - 3 or 4 dosers. The dosers can be pneumatic syringe type or rotary (gear pumps).
• Distributor for twist-off caps: with magnetic orienter-feeder. It is possible to equip the machine with a cap feeder with a long autonomy hopper.
• Adjustable descent channel: for different formats, cap release on the fly, device for checking the presence of caps in the channel and acoustic signal for lack of caps;
• Double screwing/closing device: rotating or pressure type with pneumatic drive. For products sensitive to oxidation (mayonnaise, pesto), it is possible to install a vacuum sealing device.
• Heater - capsule sterilizer: hot air in pre-closing position, at controllable temperature.

The operations take place on a star with jar loading from the chain.

Touchscreen panel for setting times and adjustments (start-stop controls, automatic/manual/washing cycle, filling speed with increasing/decreasing ramps, dosage-closing cycle times).

Base made entirely of stainless steel, electrowelded.

Surrounding channel on the work surface for collecting any spilled product.

Compliant with CE regulations. Machine to be inserted in line.

Equipped for one cylindrical jar format and one T.Off cap format.
