The COMPACT monobloc with 7 filling valves combines technological innovation, minimal footprint, and maximum ease of use. It is a solution dedicated to small wineries that produce prestigious wines and wish to dedicate the same care and attention to bottling as they do to all phases of the production process.
The monobloc can be equipped with a crown capper and dedicated to bottling craft beer with refermentation in bottles.
The central star - with intermittent operation - positions 7 bottles under the taps that are filled by the descent of the tank. Subsequently, while these 7 bottles are capped one by one at the exit, another 7 bottles are positioned under the tank.
The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank.
The filling occurs effectively thanks to a slight pressure of inert gas, a technology that prevents volatile components, such as aromas, fragrances, and dissolved gases, from dispersing.
At the same time, nitrogen performs an effective antioxidant action.
The configuration of the parallel bottle entry and exit belts is designed to allow a single operator to comfortably carry out loading and unloading operations.
Alternatively, it is possible to connect an automatic labeling-capsuling machine to the exit belt.
