TYPE OF MACHINE:

The machine is designed to automatically apply and seal aluminum caps on vials and bottles. On the same machine, bottles and caps of different sizes and/or heights can be handled. All parts of the machine in contact with the caps are made of STAINLESS STEEL or aluminum.

FEATURES:

The capper is a continuous operation machine capable of sealing DIN aluminum caps on vials. The machine consists of a main turret, which houses four sealing heads, an entry star, and an exit star. A mechanical sorter orients the aluminum caps and feeds them to a cap slide. The supply of caps to the selector is manual. The bottles are picked up from the conveyor by the feed screw and transported first to the cap slide and then to the closing mandrels and sealing rollers. After the vials have been sealed, they are transported to the cap detection sensor. The machine is equipped with a cap detection sensor installed to verify its correct operation. The SC3 is surrounded by a safety cage to meet safety standards. Equipped with a high-capacity cap hopper New Comevi mod. Comev 2. Extra formats available: 100 ml and 250 ml.
