MACHINE TYPE:

Continuous capper with a single turret suitable for closing plastic or glass bottles, characterized by maximum compactness and versatility. This series is distinguished by maximum flexibility, precision in dosing, and extreme compactness with high performance. It has specific construction features for the pharmaceutical sector and is built to comply with the most stringent GMP regulations. The unit works with sterile bottles.

APPLICATION SECTOR:

Designed for the pharmaceutical market, fully respecting GMP requirements, it is successfully used in other sectors such as cosmetics and nutrition.

FEATURES:

The bottle is conveyed into the capper by the feeding belt. The carousel transports the bottle under the closure head where it receives a cap from a mechanical vibrator, and the capping occurs through a pressure system. Once capping is completed, the bottle is stored in a dedicated collection box. The base is made of Stainless Steel enclosing all transmission components, distinctly separated from the working area. Entry and exit belts are made of Stainless Steel, equipped with adjustable guides with independent control. Parts in contact with the product are made of Stainless Steel 316 L. The structure is free of edges or dead corners to allow for easy cleaning. The electrical system and safety features comply with CE standards. Maximum accessibility to the working area. The format change requires few parts to be replaced, with three main advantages: speed in replacement times – reduction of downtime and more time available for production, ease of change without the use of tools, reduced cost for future additional formats.
