The MT-12 capsule filling machine is designed for filling and closing capsules. It is highly sought after for its flexibility and ease of use. The machine is capable of handling all types of gelatin capsules, achieving a filling capacity of up to 35,000 capsules per hour, depending on the size of the capsules. Among the automatic operations performed are the loading and rectification of capsules, opening via vacuum, discarding defective capsules, powder dosing, closing capsules, and discharging filled capsules. Currently, format "0" is installed, with the possibility of using formats "1" or "00"; the cost includes one format only.
