The machine is suitable for small or medium-sized products, to be processed at high speeds. It allows for different groupings and configurations. The electronic feeding consists of two input belts, two pairs of motorized side belts (one horizontal and one vertical), a stacking group, and a transfer group (pusher). The products arriving from the upstream machine are conveyed to the layering station which separates the product from the incoming flow and stacks them from top to bottom via a mechanical mechanism. The product is then vertically stacked until the required composition is reached, which is transferred by the feeding pusher in front of the loading hopper. The machine pusher transfers the grouping inside the carton previously formed by two suction arm that pick it up from the overhead storage. Upon completion of the loading, the machine pusher returns to the waiting position, the previously described loading operations are repeated, and the comb begins the translation of the carton. The comb performs the translation by folding the flaps of the carton and transporting it to the closing station. A new carton is then picked up and formed, and simultaneously the comb returns to the starting cycle position. The machine executes the above-described cycle automatically. The machine is complete with NORDSON glue applicator Mod. ProBlue 4.
