TYPE OF MACHINE: Automatic case packer with grouping functions, placing single and bundled boxes into cartons, and closing the carton with non-wrapping adhesive tape. The machine is accessible and allows for simple format change without tools. Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for various production needs.

FEATURES: Design, construction, ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Solid supporting structure made of painted metal sheets. The machine consists of three working sections: box grouping, feeding, and carton closing. Balcony technology promotes accessibility, maintenance, and cleaning operations. Replacement of format parts is facilitated through quick-connect fasteners, requiring minimal use of tools. Pick & Place for direct transfer of boxes into the hopper. Transfer of the product into the carton, at the end of the grouping phase, by mechanical push and hopper command. Minimum-maximum load control with machine on standby/stop for lack of boxes and/or cartons. Adhesive tape break control with machine stop. Adjustments for carton format change in width and height, performed via servomotors controlled directly from the operator panel. Automatic management of length with format setting from PC.
