DESCRIPTION

TYPE OF MACHINE:

Automatic case packer with grouping functions, loading of single and bundled cartons into cases, and case closing by means of non-wrapping adhesive tape.

SECTOR OF APPLICATION:

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

FEATURES:

Designed and manufactured in compliance with cGMP standards. Sturdy supporting structure made of painted metal sheets. The machine is composed of three working sections: carton grouping, case feeding and case closing. The balcony-style design improves accessibility for maintenance and cleaning operations. Format parts can be replaced quickly through rapid-fit fixing systems requiring minimal use of tools.

Pick & Place system for direct carton transfer into the hopper. Product transfer into the case at the end of the grouping phase by means of a mechanical pusher and hopper system. Minimum and maximum load control with machine standby/stop function in case of missing cartons and/or cases. Adhesive tape breakage control with automatic machine stop. Carton format change adjustments in width and height are performed through servo motors controlled directly from the operator panel. Automatic length management with format setting from PC.
