FEATURES:

This case packer automatically performs the sequence of forming the cardboard and inserting the bottles via a motorized arm. The motorized bottle conveyor feeds the bottles to the picking area. A bottle counting system with detection sensor for each row ensures the preparation of the exact number of bottles to be picked. The motorized carton conveyor, complete with stop and selection groups, automatically feeds, positions, and discharges the product. The electromechanical centering group allows for the centering of the boxes for correct bottle entry. The head-carrier trolley moves on two controlled axes, vertical and horizontal, with motors managed by inverters and positions regulated by encoders. The machine is equipped with an electrical system, electrical panel with controls, safety devices, and accident prevention protections.
