FEATURES:

Case packer that automatically performs the sequence of forming the cardboard and inserting the bottles via a motorized arm. Equipped with three formats for bottles and a motorized bottle conveyor that feeds the bottles to the picking area. A bottle counting system with detection sensor for each row ensures the preparation of the exact number of bottles to be picked. A motorized carton conveyor, complete with stop and selection groups, automatically feeds, positions, and unloads the product. Movement of the head-carrying cart on two controlled axes, vertical and horizontal, with motorization managed by inverters and positioning regulated by encoders. Touch-screen display for controlling machine functions and displaying any anomalies. Machine equipped with electrical system and safety devices.
