The machine is also equipped with an inclined carton magazine with a capacity of about 50 cartons; carton picking group, with suction arm having independent motorization complete with encoder; carton transport chain with independent motorization; side flap folding devices of the carton (flap closer) motorized by brushless motor; outgoing carton transport belts (upper and lower) with independent motorization and 2 taping groups with non-wrapping self-adhesive tape. The machine is equipped with a 3-color signal tower to indicate the general working states. The balcony structure allows for total elimination of production residues and complete cleaning. Start and stop buttons in phase, indicators, and display are centralized in a single panel. Format change facilitated by handwheels and graduated scales. The system has a station that includes the Siemens TP170B SIMATIC PANEL touch control display with LINUX MARLIN operating system version 5.2. The station has the following functions: alarm and counter display, format parameter setting, and enabling control functions.
