VERTICAL CARTONING MACHINE - PRB - F20

TYPE OF MACHINE: Automatic cartoner with top loading, designed to ensure maximum reliability, great versatility, high production characteristics, even with non-first quality materials.

APPLICATION SECTOR: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

FEATURES: Servo-controlled top loading packer to group products according to the required scheme, introduce them into the case obtained from the casing and close it. Machine capable of grouping products into boxes, their introduction into shipping cartons previously taken from the warehouse. The machine stacks products and inserts the bundles thus obtained into previously formed shipping cartons. This system allows the machine to operate minimizing inconveniences and waste. The working capacity depends on the application. Picking and positioning system to collect products and insert them inside the box. Vertical storage, adjustable according to the product size. Folding unit for upper and lower flaps. Product presence control device. Every movement is controlled by 'brushless' electric motors that transmit motion via belts. The machine is capable of positioning incoming products inside the cartons previously set in volume by the machine itself. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a group that allows the closure of the carton.
