FEATURES:

The IMA CL123 represents the latest generation of packaging machines capable of ensuring the tradition of the highest quality product in the most intuitive packaging solution: single-dose pods for espresso machines. The unit is characterized by a modified atmosphere for the entire production cycle of the pods, product compression controlled hydropneumatically, rapid format change, high production efficiency, and low maintenance. Horizontal case packer integrated into the line. The first and only monoblock machine capable of packaging not only single-dose compostable coffee pods but also barley or herbs, thermosealing them in a protective outer wrapper and finally packaging them in boxes. The CL123 offers an integrated group for thermosealing the outer wrapper, allowing each single pod to be wrapped in a thermosealed wrapper on three or four sides. The machine's flexibility in this area allows for the use of all thermosealable materials available on the market. Additionally, there is an integrated Colombini group for grinding coffee, a vacuum powder transfer system, and a horizontal case packer complete with a Nordson glue applicator.
