MACHINE TYPE:

The MN80 is a semi-automatic pod machine, vertical single-portion bag packaging machine, for the production and packaging of coffee pods (ESE - Easy Serving Espresso type) for compatible domestic/professional espresso machines, designed for small to medium capacity roasting lines.

FEATURES:

The machine integrates the stages of grinding coffee, dosing, pressing, forming, and sealing the filter, ensuring a production capacity of up to approximately 80 pods/minute. It features a robust electro-pneumatic structure, suitable for flexible productions and industrial contexts that are not ultra-high speed. The pods, made of heat-sealable food filter paper, are designed to withstand pressure and temperature. The ground coffee is enclosed between two layers of perimeter-sealed heat paper. The machine is equipped with a COLOMBINI grinder from the TA series and a conveyor belt with a counter and bag diverter, completing the packaging process with a pouch made of barrier film material for protection against oxygen and moisture.
