FEATURES:

The high-speed PFM Mistral horizontal flow-pack packaging machine produces hermetically sealed packages from a flat roll of heat-sensitive material. The Mistral BB uses a film positioned at the top and is specifically designed for high-speed modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Mistral BB is designed for the automatic packaging of products such as coffee, cured meats, wet wipes, baked goods, and also pharmaceutical products. Hermetic sealing is guaranteed even at high packaging speeds. The cantilever structure allows for easy cleaning, with mechanical and electronic components protected. The forming tunnel for the wrapping material is adjustable in width and height. It features a motorized unwinder and motorized height adjustment for the sealing group. Automatic programming for up to 60 programs. Packaging speed of up to 400 packages/min. Includes a reject ramp for non-conforming products and quality control with a scale and PRISMA metal detector.
