TYPE OF MACHINE: Filling line for powders in bags. The line consists of a bagging machine and a case packer. High production bag forming and filling machine particularly designed for fully automated packaging lines for multiple forming and filling. FEATURES:

The RC600 bag forming-filling machine is a high production machine with alternating movements. The machine performs multiple forming and filling of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 bags depending on the format, starting from a single roll of laminated material. After forming, filling, and cutting, the bags are picked up by a mechanical gripper that unloads them onto the counting group. The powder product dosing is volumetric with an oscillating hopper. The adjustment of the amount of product to be filled is done via specific knobs and based on weight. Some examples of the latest formats processed, 2 bags of: mm 60 x 80, mm 60 x 60, mm 60 x 90, mm 60 x 100, 60 x 110.

VA60 is a counting and loading group of bags with alternating movements. This group also provides for the stacking of bags in the required number and the feeding onto the drawer chain of the case packer.

Machine with alternating movement. The case packing cycle is fully automatic. Upon completion of the case filling, it is closed via mechanical levers and, if in the tests carried out along its path that case was found to be correct, it is closed. The main movements of the machine are protected by covers. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by wide accessibility to all its parts.
