FEATURES:

Assembled with FlexLink modular technology, specifically designed for integration into packaging lines, industrial automation, and precision handling of small components. The supporting structure extends for a total conveyor length of 3000 mm, geometrically configured with a central straight section of 1600 mm interspersed with two 90-degree elbow bends, positioned respectively at a distance of 900 mm and 500 mm from the ends of the operational flow. The transport belt features an ultra-compact width of 45 mm, ideal for single or guided handling of lightweight products and bottles, optimizing space within the company layout. The movement is ensured by a reliable synchronous central motor driven by a compact three-phase induction motor. The structure rests on stable vertical legs made of extruded aluminum profiles with lower plates for floor anchoring and is complete with fixed side rails for containing the product in transit.
