VERTICAL LAMINAR FLOW HOOD - Faster - BHA36

TYPE OF MACHINE: Laminar flow hood vertically made entirely of stainless steel 304 satin finish.

APPLICATION SECTOR: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices.

FEATURES: The laminar flow benches with partial exhaust and protective barrier model BHA, have been designed both to protect the material being handled from contamination and to preserve the operator and the environment from risks of microbial contamination. These benches belong to Class II of BS 5726 which means that its function is to protect both the operator and the sample, ensuring conditions of absolute sterility. The filtered, dust-free, and sterile air emerging from the main HEPA filter ensures excellent flow laminarity at the work surface level thanks to its balanced perforation and the abundant suction at the front, calculated to obtain the protective barrier and avoid exchanges of internal air, potentially contaminated, with the outside. The sum of these two air volumes reaches the plenum of the HEPA filters and here, part is recycled through the main filter (70%) and part evacuated through the exhaust filter. The equipment is supplied fully assembled. The handling of products must not be carried out on the perforated grid at the entrance of the chamber. The hood is supplied with a stainless steel structure that supports it at a height of 815 mm.
