FEATURES:

Hopper elevator made of stainless steel that allows the transport of material from the hopper through the feeder to the discharge point. The fixed hopper can be loaded manually, thanks to its height. The load is lifted, grouped, and finally fed. The hopper is made of stainless steel and is protected by a transparent polycarbonate dust cover. Feeding is ensured by a polyurethane conveyor belt consisting of a series of paddles to elevate the component to the sorting point. The transport area as well as the hopper is also covered by a transparent dust-proof structure that also protects the operator from the moving parts of the machine. The electrical system is located in a small panel at the bottom that summarizes the main controls in a simple and clear manner and allows for motor management. The high versatility allows for reordering and transport for various production lines.
