FEATURES:

The mechanical sorter is designed for the selection, orientation, and feeding of parts, particularly contact lens holders. It operates through a counterclockwise rotating disk with a diameter of 1000 mm that selects the components loaded in bulk, sending only those correctly oriented to the output belt, while the misoriented pieces are recycled internally. It is equipped with a closed structure for protection and soundproofing, transparent panels, an integrated control panel, and a conveyor belt for the extraction of oriented products.
