FEATURES:

The Manes Sherpa tank elevator is an industrial lifting system designed to safely move containers, tanks, and drums in production environments of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and food sectors. The stainless steel structure ensures robustness, corrosion resistance, and ease of sanitization, making it suitable for use in departments with high hygiene standards. The unit is equipped with a Donati electric chain hoist, installed on a vertical column that allows controlled lifting via a control panel. The system includes a tank holder basket with a manual rotating plate attachment, designed to accommodate tanks with a diameter of 490 mm and a minimum height of 500 mm, facilitating positioning, rotation, and unloading operations of the container. The elevator is designed to ensure maximum stability and safety during the vertical transport of loads, integrating reliable mechanical components and an ergonomic design that facilitates operational activities. The Sherpa series is typically used for feeding mixing, filling, or weighing lines, as well as for the safe transfer of tanks between different process stations.
