TYPE OF MACHINE: Filling machine for liquids, consisting of: filling of bottles and related feeders. The unit is suitable for the treatment of any type of Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types. FEATURES: The conveyor belt loads the supports with the containers into the machine. After the suction station, the supports are stopped by the first pair of dividers. The nozzles blow sterile air into the containers. The vacuum sucks dirt particles through the suction tube. Under the filling station, the centering positions the containers. The filling nozzles are lowered into the containers and rise during the filling process. The vacuum turns on just before the end of the filling process and sucks the product at the set height.
