FEATURES:

The RF 1000 is constructed from stainless steel, featuring a filling system with two stations. The continuous motion monoblock machine is equipped with a vibrating cup feeder for caps. The format change is simple and occurs through the adjustment and replacement of certain parts. The syringes used for filling are fully adjustable in dosage. The cap insertion unit is designed to bring the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The operational functions are controlled by a series of sensors, ensuring efficient and safe operation. The machine is suitable for bottles with a diameter of 50 mm and a height of 100 mm.
