Semi-automatic machine designed for controlled filling and sealing of flexible bags with open filling tube, intended for the management of liquid products in the pharmaceutical and laboratory field.

The process involves dosing the product followed by sealing the bag tube, ensuring reliable and repeatable packaging results.

The entire work area is protected by laminar flow, which allows operation in a controlled contamination environment. This configuration makes the machine suitable for sensitive applications and processes that require high hygiene standards.

The indicative hourly productivity can reach up to approximately 400 bags/hour in the 500 ml format, depending on the filling volume, bag size, product characteristics, and operating conditions.

The machine is capable of handling bags of different sizes, with indicative volumes from approximately 50 ml up to about 6,000 ml (according to the manufacturer's specifications).

It is designed for the treatment of flexible bags with open filling tube, made of plastic materials commonly used in the pharmaceutical field, such as PE, PP, and multi-layer materials, suitable for filling liquid products, including aqueous or low-viscosity products.
