FEATURES:

The filler is equipped with two dosing syringes complete with suction/discharge valves. It features 2 filling nozzles on a height-adjustable support. The dosage adjustment is made in terms of volumes on a millimeter scale using a micrometric screw on each syringe, with a capacity from 20 to 500 cc. The unit is complete with a 1.5-meter conveyor belt with reinforced resin slats, photoelectric cells for detecting the presence of containers, a protective cabin with transparent polycarbonate walls, and an electrical control panel with a touch screen display for electronic programming and storage of the rise/fall times of the nozzle group and the opening/closing times of the gates. A replacement format is available upon request.
