Monoblocks for plastic caps

• Filling Station: single or multi-head. The filling occurs with a volumetric system, using rotary pumps in stainless steel AISI 316, controlled by PLC and inverter. The system allows the operator to have full control of the working parameters, starting from the setting of the quantities to be dosed to the working times. For very dense products or those that form foam, bottom filling valves are used.
• Capping Station: with dedicated cap distribution, type pick & place: the caps are picked up from the release head by a pneumatic actuated arm and positioned directly on the bottle, where they are screwed or pressed. Depending on production speeds, one or two closing heads are used.
• In addition or as an alternative to the capping station: the machines can be equipped with a sealing head with one or two dies, to seal by welding from film in rolls.

The packaging machines of the 'RT-PK' series are commonly used in the dairy sector (for yogurt, probiotics, milk, liquid cream) and by canning companies for the packaging of sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, syrups, and spreads, in bottles and jars.

These machines, like our entire range, are mainly made of stainless steel and use food-grade plastics.
