FEATURES:

The ‘Single Dose 6 Stations’ is designed for dosing, filling, and sealing single-dose vials. Built in stainless steel AISI 304, it is a monoblock equipped with five syringes and filling needles. The machine includes various constituent groups, such as the working star, the preheating group, and the sealing group. The production capacity varies depending on the product, with a currently installed format for 6 strips of 5 single-dose vials. The preheating system uses hot air to improve the sealing of the strips through electric resistances and Teflon films. The operation is managed by a PLC to ensure the sequentiality of operations. Two optional formats for diameters of 11 mm and 13 mm complete its functionalities.
