FEATURES:The construction and technological principle of the fluid bed spray granulator consists of transforming starting products with characteristics ranging from fine powder to granules into a homogeneous granulate. The product placed in a vortex is sprayed from above by an injector device with a suitable liquid finely atomized, which determines a process of agglomeration of the particles. Through the subsequent drying operation, the agglomerates are fixed. The fluid bed allows for perfect mixing of powders/products and efficient and controlled drying processes. Its capabilities make it ideal for laboratory use. The fluid bed system is steam heated. The machine is equipped with an explosion-proof valve.
