TECHNICAL PRODUCTION FEATURES

The Promatic AS 300 horizontal cartoner is a fully mechanical machine designed for efficiency and ease of use. Constructed with a satin-finished stainless steel base, it ensures durability and hygiene, making it suitable for various industries including pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, and food sectors. The machine features a simple and rapid format change system, allowing operators to adjust settings quickly with the help of graduated scales.

MAIN FEATURES

This advanced cartoner utilizes suction cups to pick up cartons from the storage area, feeding them into upper and lower transport combs to form the cartons as required for subsequent operations. Products placed on the drawer chain are fed to the pusher group, which inserts them into the carton along with an instruction leaflet when necessary. The cartons are then transported by the combs to the stamping station, where they are completed with the closure of various flaps before being ejected from the machine. Additionally, the AS 300 is equipped with a GUK leaflet feeder, which folds the instruction sheet before insertion into the carton, enhancing operational efficiency.
