HORIZONTAL CARTONING MACHINE - MARCHESINI - BA 100

TYPE OF MACHINE: The cartoners of the BA100 series are horizontal machines with alternating movement, particularly designed to solve the main packaging problems in cartons for medium productions. The selection between one product and another to be packaged can be set via the display panel. Once the carton filling is completed, it is closed using mechanical levers and, if in the tests carried out along its path that carton was found to be correct, it is closed; finally, the completed cartons are fed into the line. If it was not found to be correct, the carton will be automatically discarded and expelled.

FEATURES: The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. The main movements of the machine are protected by covers. Incorporated in the control panel is an operator panel, function keys, and a numeric keypad. The machine is designed and built to be inserted into a continuous cycle production line. Controls are performed on the products being packaged to ensure the maximum certainty of quality packages coming out of the machine. The construction is completely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance facilitated by wide accessibility to all its parts. The machine is complete with a feeding group for bottles. In addition, it is equipped with the ARGUS LAETUS control system and GUK Mod. FA 21/4 leaflet folding machine.
