Seidenader Line for Optical Inspection of Vials consisting of Seidenader DT1202 Vial/Bottle Feeding Turntable with a diameter of 1200 mm, 1 x 2 pcs. Seidenader V90-AVSB/30-LR + V90-AVSB/30-RL semi-automatic inspection machines for visual inspection of cosmetic defects and particles of vials, etc., size range from 0.5 to 1000 ml., throughput up to a maximum of 150 objects/min. The machine is used for visual inspection of particles, glass and gross defects, cracks and hairline cracks. The machines are equipped with TYNDALL light from above front for closure and glass defects (The light shines from above on the closure of the containers, for lyophilizates, powders and emulsions also on the product.) and TYNDALL light from below front for unclear liquids, emulsions, powders and lyophilizates (The light shines from below at an angle on the bottom of the containers and the product.), contaminated or defective containers are sorted out by the ejection system, good output in storage (stainless steel cassettes), including SAC Batch Controller for storing, securing and managing all data (Audit Trail, Batch Report), existing format sets vials with a diameter of 16.0, 21.2, 22.0 & 30.0.
