X-RAY INSPECTION MACHINE FOR VIALS - DYLOG - DYXIM

TYPE OF MACHINE: The DYXIM D-PHARMA machine allows non-destructive control at an industrial level directly on the line through the use of X-rays, meticulously inspecting pharmaceutical products contained in vials that have relatively small dimensions compared to normal food containers. It is particularly useful in the case of pharmaceutical products, as it allows for accurate inspection with the consequent immediate expulsion from the production line through an appropriate waste system, should any anomalies on the product be detected by the machine itself.

FEATURES: The operating principle of the machine is as follows: the inspection unit is located directly on the customer's line, so the products, after being appropriately spaced, pass through the inspection tunnel. Inside the inspection tunnel, the products are individually subjected in rapid sequence to two X-ray beams at 90° to each other: the two images obtained thanks to the appropriate positioning of two sensors are processed by a sophisticated software system, which will recognize each product as "good" or "waste". The products recognized as "good" continue on the customer's line, while the products recognized as "waste" are deposited by a waste system in the appropriate waste area.
