FEATURES:

The autoclave model 760 is a steam sterilizer designed for reliable and efficient sterilization cycles, operating at a working pressure of 1 atm, corresponding to a sterilization temperature of 121 °C, in compliance with standard parameters for saturated steam sterilization. The unit is equipped with a 20-liter sterilization chamber made of stainless steel, constructed in accordance with the requirements of Directive 97/23/EC (PED), and a stainless steel lid with a mechanical locking system, ensuring safety during operation. Heating is provided by a radial plate electric heater, controlled by an adjustable timer from 0 to 120 minutes, allowing precise control of the sterilization cycle. Monitoring of process parameters is ensured by an analog pressure gauge for checking the working pressure and a digital thermometer for temperature control. Operational safety is further guaranteed by a protection sensor with manual reset in case of water shortage. The autoclave is complete with a main switch and indicator lights to signal power on, active electric heater, and insufficient water level. The external casing made of acid-resistant powder-coated steel ensures robustness, chemical resistance, and ease of cleaning. For the sterilization cycle, only 3 liters of deionized or demineralized water are required, making the unit particularly efficient in consumption. Due to the limits of capacity and working pressure, the autoclave is not subject to ISPESL control, simplifying regulatory compliance.
