The Etipack automatic labeling machine for boxes is designed to apply self-adhesive labels on the top of products.

FEATURES:

The machine is controlled via an intuitive control panel with a display that shows the status of the machine and command options. During production, the display indicates correctly processed products and those rejected. The process begins with loading products onto the entry conveyor, which move along the machine to be automatically labeled and/or printed. A start photocell synchronizes the cycle mechanisms based on the product type and production speed. The machine is equipped with an automatic rejection unit that diverts non-compliant products into a container. Finished products continue on to the next line. Production data (total and partial quantities, number of rejects, etc.) are displayed on the control panel. The machine can store up to ten processing programs, which can be modified if necessary. The electrical/electronic components are protected by closed steel panels. The moving mechanisms are enclosed within a perimeter protection made of aluminum and transparent plexiglass, with doors equipped with safety micro-switches that inhibit operation in case of "open doors." The power supply is segmented with a lockable main safety switch. The pneumatic system is controlled by a unit with a pressure switch and a ball valve for shutting off the supply line.
