LABELING MACHINE - IMA LIBRA - SENSITIVE 300 TB

TYPE OF MACHINE: Sensitive 300 can manage containers of different shapes on the same machine, ensuring the highest degree of flexibility during production. It is suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on rectangular, oval, elliptical containers, and also on round containers (one label).

FIELD OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

FEATURES: Fully automatic labeling machine, suitable for the application of self-adhesive labels. The machine can be used offline with loading and unloading from and onto trays, or inline through the necessary connection units. Structure completely in STAINLESS STEEL and all units are slightly elevated from the base for easy access and cleaning. The format change to handle containers with different diameters is simple and fast. The control panel is equipped with an AntaresVision display to visualize the machine status, production report, and troubleshooting. The label application is performed by a distribution head, controlled by a stepper motor synchronized with the transport speed of the container. Machine equipped with control and automatic waste system mounted along the central carousel.
