The Etipack automatic labeling machine model Sistema is designed to apply self-adhesive labels on the top of products. Featuring an integrated transport system, it streamlines handling and labeling both in standalone mode and when connected to other packaging machines, such as fillers and thermoformers. This machine is ideal for stable products, including thermoformed trays, jars, cans, bottles, boxes, and containers made of plastic, glass, or metal, catering to the food, chemical, and cosmetic industries.

FEATURES:

The Etipack labeling machine model Sistema is equipped with advanced Antares Vision and Cognex artificial vision systems to inspect, identify parts, and detect defects. The Etipack head model Stick 4/8 enables printing and applying labels on the side or top of products, with a useful stroke of 30 mm, allowing application more than 10 mm away on stationary or moving products, even those with irregular surfaces. It features an entry conveyor belt for conditioning products arriving from the line, a three-color light column with a buzzer for signaling operating states, and a comprehensive polycarbonate safety guard. The structure is supported by adjustable feet, has a stainless steel body, an electrical panel with dedicated electronics, and line stop contacts for alarms.
