FEATURES:The IMA Sensitive 350 labeling machine applies self-adhesive wrap-around labels on cylindrical containers made of glass, metal, and plastic. The machine consists of four main sections: a bottle accumulation conveyor at the entrance, the main labeling unit, a conveyor belt, and a bottle accumulation conveyor at the exit. The entrance section, whose speed is synchronized with that of the machine, facilitates the continuous feeding, with appropriate spacing, of bottles to the main machine. In the labeling unit, the stepper motor drives the label distribution and application group. A fork sensor detects the spacing of the labels on the roller and adjusts the label release for correct application. The machine is controlled by a PLC and is equipped with an HMI for monitoring and supervising the machine status, real-time production, label management, and intervention of safety devices and alarms with fault description and troubleshooting. The labeling machine is equipped with a "Blister Vision OCV" vision system for quality control of labels on blisters, which, by using cameras capable of capturing and analyzing images of the labels, identifies any printing errors and ensures that each label is correct and readable before the packaging of the products. Printing is done by an advanced m600 inkjet printer. Once labeled, the conveyor belt transports the bottles to the accumulation section at the exit, where they are accumulated and prepared for the subsequent stages of the packaging process. The machine, covered by a protective plexiglass casing, can be equipped with a side head and has a tidy base that allows the installation of additional units such as cameras or printing devices.
