TYPE OF MACHINE: The machine is an automatic labeling system for the application of self-adhesive labels on rectangular pharmaceutical boxes.

FIELD OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

FEATURES: The operation of the machine is controlled via a special quick reference control panel, equipped with a display for viewing the various states of the machine and the different command options. During the production phase, the display shows the indications of the products processed correctly (good) and those discarded (waste). The processing process begins with the loading of products from the line onto the entry belt. These flow along the machine to be labeled and/or printed automatically. The labeling machine is activated by a start photocell to synchronize the cycle mechanisms according to the type of product and production speed. The machine has an automatic waste group with which the product not meeting the required processing requirements is diverted from the line into a special container. The finished product continues on the next line to complete the processing cycle. The production data of the operating system (total and partial quantity, number of waste, etc.) are displayed on the control panel. The machine can store 10 processing programs, modifiable if necessary. For setting the length of the box, the values range from 1 to 9999 and are expressed in encoder steps. The electrical/electronic components are mounted inside the "transport module" and protected with closed stainless steel panels securely fastened with screws. The moving mechanisms mounted on the machine are enclosed within the perimeter protection made of aluminum profiles and transparent plexiglass panels. On the front and back of the machine, there are doors equipped with safety micro-switches that automatically inhibit operation in case of "open doors." The electrical supply is sectioned with a lockable general safety switch in position "0" to prevent accidental insertions. The pneumatic system on board the machine is controlled by the control unit complete with pressure switch, to stop operation if the pressure drops below the minimum threshold of 4 bar, and with a ball valve for closing the supply line.
