FEATURES:

The mixer consists of a horizontal U-shaped container and a helical agitator with internal and external blades. The external blade moves the material in one direction, while the internal blade moves it in the opposite direction, ensuring excellent mixing. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is ideal for the homogeneous mixing of powders, granules, and bulk products in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials industries. The total capacity is 1000 liters, with a useful capacity of 500 liters, ideal for substances with variable specific weight. Equipped with an automatic powder feeding system and an industrial RIBO vacuum transfer unit, it offers mechanical robustness and ease of cleaning, making it perfect for batch productions and powder handling lines.
