FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE FOR BOTTLES - BAUSH & STROBEL - LFO 100 / KSF 1020

TYPE OF MACHINE: Liquid filling line for plastic bottles, consisting of: intermittent motion filling/capping machine with automatic operation for filling and closing bottles and related feeders. The line is suitable for the treatment of any type of Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types and closures with a current dosing capacity of 200 ml. Of high versatility and modular construction, this machine is well known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability. Thanks to the ability to handle different types of products through specially designed closure groups and to work with many types of closures, Bausch Strobel filling/capping machines are highly versatile machines.

The caps and bottles are fed to the filling machine, after which the individual bottles are positioned to be processed. In succession, the bottles arrive at the dosing station with volumetric pumps where they are filled and then proceed to the closing station where a seal is inserted and then closed with screw caps. When the filled and closed bottles arrive at the exit, they are on the discharge conveyor belt that feeds them directly to the next machine.

The bottle filling and capping machine is complete with:

• Feeder sorter for seal dispensers: Construction in stainless steel formed by a base with adjustable feet and a truncated conical container inside which is laid a removable plateau in plastic material.
• Feeder sorter for caps: Construction in stainless steel formed by a base with adjustable feet and a truncated conical container inside which is laid a removable plateau in plastic material.
• Laminar air flow unit
