LIQUID FILLING CAPPING MACHINE - Capsulit

TYPE OF MACHINE: Liquid filling machine for bottles, consisting of: filling and capping of bottles and related feeders. The unit is suitable for the treatment of any type of pharmaceutical or cosmetic product and for a wide range of types of containers. Of high versatility, this machine is well known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability.

The caps and bottles are fed to the filling machine, after which the individual bottles are positioned to be processed. In succession, the bottles arrive at the dosing station with syringes where they are filled and then receive the under-cap and proceed to the closing station where they are closed. When the filled and closed bottles arrive at the exit, they are on the discharge conveyor belt that feeds them directly to the next machine. The type of closure is pressure for cap with safety and dropper. There are 6 filling stations, 2 dropper insertion stations, and 2 cap closing stations. The machine is equipped with 2 unscrambler feeders. Upon request, format changes are available for the following bottle sizes: diam. 30/32/34/35/43mm.
